Important Policies


Cancellation Policy

Please be aware we have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you are on the “I Am Determined” (Auto-pay + Non Auto-pay), All Access Month Pass or the New Client Month Pass for Valley locations + Malibu and you late cancel or no show for a class you are signed up for, there will be a $25 charge to your credit card. If you have a 5,10 or 20 class pack, you will lose your class but no additional fees will apply. If you are on a month-to-month package for the 8 classes monthly, you will lose one class and be charged a $25 fee. Please cancel ONLINE and not by calling. Be aware that we have a 12-hour cancellation policy that applies to all discounted packages from 3rd party vendors and/or from Pilates Plus LA. Any specialty packs offered during special promotions will also result in loss of class and a $25 fee.​

Lastly, arrivals 10 minutes past class start time are considered a late-cancel and will be charged $25 and result in loss of class. No exceptions.​

Please note: if you attend the wrong location with an existing reservation, you will be charged the $25 no-show fee for that location and be responsible for purchasing a single class to attend the different location. Email and text reminders are sent 24 hours in advance with your date, time and location listed.

Account Balances Owed:
If your account has an outstanding balance and the system is unable to process this due to billing issues, a team member will reach out with steps to assist in clearing your account. Please note that if your account does not clear within the timeframe specified by our team members, your account will be temporarily suspended. Once your owed balance has been processed, booking will be reinstated and you will be alerted via studio email and/or our PPLA texting portal.


ClassPass, Gympass or any third-party reservations not made directly through PPLA will result in applicable fees from the third-party source. The PPLA 12hr cancellation policy and late-cancel window is the same for all third-party reservations. PPLA is not responsible for the booking, maintaining or adjusting of these reservations. Any questions regarding these will need to be redirected to the original source for further assistance.

New members / first time clients

Includes 1x booking per day (if the booking is attended or missed) for 30 days. Package begins on the date of first booked class. This single-month deal for all locations does not auto-renew. Must have valid CC on file.

Cancellation policy: All bookings are required to be cancelled 12 hours prior to class start time to avoid $25 late cancellation fee.

First Time Visit Reminders:
Must arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time or you will not be permitted to attend class due to safety concerns. Class credits will not be returned and refunds will not be granted for late first time arrivals. Grip socks required.


One per client. Must have valid credit card on file. Cancellation policy applies: must cancel class at least 12 hours prior or $25 fee applies. Classes do not roll over, they expire at the end of 30 days.

"Auto-Pay" requires 30 day cancellation notice. Packages renew monthly automatically. Contract minimum of 3 months required. 6 months total duration.

"I AM DETERMINED" / "I AM POWERFUL" allow up to one visit per day.
*Note: Contracts do not allow you to book past your current paid period. Future visits outside of the current month can be booked once the next renewal/automatic payment has processed.


Allows access to all 5 locations.

This 5 Pack entitles the buyer to attend 5 classes at any time during the 90 day period following the date of purchase, subject to availability. Subject to all PPLA rules, regulations and waivers.

This 10 Pack entitles the buyer to attend 10 classes at any time during the 90 day period following the date of purchase, subject to availability. Subject to all PPLA rules, regulations and waivers.

This 20 Pack entitles the buyer to attend 20 classes at any time during the 6 month period following the date of purchase, subject to availability. Subject to all PPLA rules, regulations and waivers.​

Restrictions: cannot be on autopay or under contract. Only for clients on month to month contract. Client loses class if cancelled less than 12 hours prior to class.

Full cost of the appointment will be charged if canceled less than 12 hours prior to class.


Teacher / Student Discount
Must show current student/teacher ID and current class schedule. For valley discounts, email studiocity@pilatesplusla.co and for Malibu malibu@pilatesplusla.co.


What are specialty class packs? During certain times of the year, we provide seasonal offers at highly discounted rates. These specialty packs are subject to the $25 no-show/12-hour late cancelation fee as well as loss of class. Specialty class packs expire. Specific expiration dates are listed when specials are active. ​Classes are non-refundable. All sales final. No exchanges or transfers granted for specialty class packs.


General Policies

  • Grip socks must be worn during class.  If you don’t already own a pair we sell them at the studio.
  • New client specials may only be used one time.
  • A valid credit card must be on file at all times.
  • One month is considered any 30 consecutive days, not the first date of the actual month.
  • Auto-Renew packages will renew on the same date of purchase each month. 30 days notice is required to cancel out of an auto-renew membership. Contracts lengths are 6-months total.
  • Single month passes begin on the date of the first booked class, not on the day the class is purchased. For example, if you purchase a monthly pass today but don’t start until next week, the 30 days will not begin until then.
  • Coaches and classes are subject to change without notice.
  • If you are 10 minutes late to class your Megaformer may be given away to a waiting client.  
  • ALL SALES FINAL. No refunds granted.


If a spot opens up more than 24 hours before class, you will automatically be added to that class and sent a confirmation email. BUT DO NOT DEPEND ON THAT EMAIL, as there are always spam problems, junk mail issues, and email server hiccups and crashes. Please log in and check your schedule to make sure you are enrolled!

This procedure protects you from being added to a class that you may no longer be able to attend, avoiding possible Late Cancel/No Show fees.

If you Reserve/Wait List yourself for more than one class in a day, or more than is ultimately allowed by your current package, you are responsible for the purchase of and any cancellation penalties for all classes that you reserve and get bumped into from the Wait Lists.


Going on vacation, business trip, family in town? Just put your account on hold!Monthly Memberships can be put on hold for a $25 fee.

  • All monthly memberships are eligible for “hold time” except the 12 Month Paid in Full and the New Member discounted specials.
  • Sick or medical hold: includes a $25 charge unless you can provide a medical note. Please speak to management for details.
  • Our Monthly Memberships are able to be put on hold for a $25 charge. Please speak to management for details.
  • You are responsible for cancelling all classes during your hold time that may have been previously scheduled in order to avoid no-show charges.
  • Simply email the specific studio you attend to put your account on hold. Please provide the exact dates of your hold time so we can make the necessary adjustments to your account.

  • ​Packages DO NOT roll-over. If you wish to extend your package and a hold request was not submitted, you are able to extend your classes for $25 per week (7 days). Use the emails below to speak with one of our team members to handle this for you!
