I started working out on the Megaformer machines about two years ago. I was recently introduced to the Lagree method this year and was sold! I became obsessed with the science behind the method and it is continually evolving. I love that it’s a low-impact - high-intensity workout. It perfectly complements my dance training like peanut butter and jelly.
I’ve been dancing since I was seven years old. I moved to Los Angeles 5 years ago on a dance scholarship. When I’m not dancing, I’m very passionate about finding other physical activities to cross-train with, like; yoga, cardio, lifting, and pilates. I love the changes I have seen in my body with the Lagree method, and I quickly found I gained more confidence that carried over into different aspects of my life. I wanted to start teaching to impact others similarly and bring more athletes and dancers to this method.
Ultimately, I want to positively impact someone else’s life the way the teachers here at Pilates Plus have impacted mine! I aim to challenge you mentally and physically in my class for athe greater mind-body connection and promise to have a fire playlist to go along with it!
