I am from Birmingham, AL, but always had my heart set on moving to CA to pursue a career in the fitness industry. I graduated from UAB with a degree in Kinesiology and grew up in the dance and theater world. I never expected to make Hollywood my home, but I am glad I ended up here.
I am certified in barre and yoga, but as soon as I took my first class at PPLA, I knew I was hooked. Lagree has helped me become stronger, and I get excited every day to teach clients and share what I love.

Favorite Hobby: Dancing and hanging out with my puppy!
Fun Fact: In 2019, I got rid of almost everything I owned in AL, packed 3 suitcases, and booked a one-way ticket to San Francisco for a race. And that’s how I made CA my home!
