The PPLA TEAM

I grew up in Armenia and was 18 when moved to LA. I always had a passion of healthy lifestyle, dance and fitness. As soon as a took my first Lagree fitness class I immediately fell in love with the workout.

I also enjoy teaching, I care about the clients and there is nothing more important to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy.
