Coach

I started competitive dance at only four years. From a very young age, I was taught how important it was for me to be in tune with my body, so when I stopped competitive dance 5 years ago, I turned to Lagree to help me stay fit in a new, captivating way.

I remember thinking I was so strong before getting onto that Megaformer, and while I had strong dancer legs, my core was weak, my form was off, and I struggled to keep up in my first classes. But surely enough, Lagree has managed to strengthen my core, improve my posture and back pain, and help me look and feel my absolute best.

I received my Lagree certification back in 2019 with Sebastian and master teacher trainer Sharnee. I used to teach younger kids Latin dance, and fell in love with sharing my knowledge with someone else.  I also just liked watching other athletes perform. Seeing the limits that our bodies can push beyond, intrigued me, so I wanted to learn more about the movement of the body.

I am also currently getting my bachelors degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science at California State University, Northridge. I hope to share my knowledge about this method in a fun, motivating way.
