Teaching Lagree is in complete alignment with my work. This method of exercise pushes you past your comfort zone and empowers you in unexpected ways.
I began taking classes 6 years ago after a devastating event in my life. These classes allowed me to clear my mind, and strengthen my body. Watching my progress and seeing the strength I gained gave me the inner strength I needed to move past the challenges. Teaching felt like the next step in this wonderful journey, being as I believe you must focus on mind, body, and spirit simultaneously.
