PPLA VOD (Video-On-Demand) is a total-body program that brings together the slow and controlled elements of Pilates mixed in with cardio and strength training. Our classes are 40-minutes and designed to help you tighten and tone. Get ready to sweat!

Here's what you'll need for your weekly workouts!

Our workouts are simple - just sliders and weights. If you don't have either, no problem! Some great alternatives are slippery socks, dryer sheets, or paper plates for sliders and wine bottles or cans for weights.

Some of our slider and weight recommendations:

  1. Booty Bands

  2. Sliders on Amazon

  3. Weights on Amazon

    • Ladies: 3lbs to 12lbs

    • Men: 5lbs to 25lbs
