I am LA born and raised. Upon starting my journey 6 years ago, I became addicted to pilates/Lagree. Being an equestrian, core work is extremely important. I got the opportunity to start a career in pilates and I have loved every minute of it. I am a speech therapist and now nurse and teach pilates for fun. I love teaching and helping clients reach their goals and become stronger!
