PRICING TERMS & CONDITIONS

COVID-19 CLIENT AGREEMENT

We are excited to announce that we have reopened PPLA. Doing so will require that we alter our operations in order to provide our members with as safe a workout environment as possible. This will include limited access to certain PPLA amenities. We must therefore ask that members review and accept the following amendment to their membership agreements. 

The Agreement: I agree that notwithstanding what is written in my membership agreement, BTT (burn-tighten-tone) Fitness, Inc., may operate its facilities in whatever manner it chooses and in its sole discretion in order to address the current pandemic, including but not limited to: limiting the number of members present in a studio or in an area of a studio at any given time; refusing access to members exhibiting symptoms of illness; keeping certain amenities closed or limiting access to same; requiring that staff and members maintain social distancing; checking temperatures and conducting symptom screening to determine if a member should be admitted, and taking any other action BTT (burn-tighten-tone) Fitness, Inc., deems to be in the best interests of the safety of its team and its members. I agree that in addition to the release contained in my membership agreement, by using a BTT (burn-tighten-tone) Fitness, Inc. facility I assume all risk of contracting a virus or disease and release BTT (burn-tighten-tone) Fitness, Inc. from any liability therefore, even if the result of BTT (burn-tighten-tone) Fitness, Inc.'s negligence.”

By coming into the PPLA studios you are agreeing to the addendum to your membership agreement and liability waiver.  More information can be found here on our COVID-19 page.

"NEW MEMBERS"

One per client. Must have valid credit card on file. Cancellation policy applies: must cancel class at least 12 hours prior or $25 fee applies (class is forfeited for "Single Class").

"MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES"

One per client. Must have valid credit card on file. Cancellation policy applies: must cancel class at least 12 hours prior or $25 fee applies. Classes do not roll over, they expire at the end of 30 days.

"Auto-Pay" requires 30 day cancellation notice. Packages renew monthly automatically. Contract minimum of 3 months

"I AM DETERMINED" / "I AM POWERFUL" allow up to one visit per day.

"ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP" is a one time payment that renews annually.This package cannot be put on hold and must be used in stated time frame.

"CLASS PACKS"

CONFIDENT PACK - PPLA 5 PACK

This 5 Pack entitles the buyer to attend 5 classes at any time during the 90 day period following the date of purchase, subject to availability. Subject to all PPLA rules, regulations and waivers.

MOTIVATED PACK - PPLA 10 PACK

This 10 Pack entitles the buyer to attend 10 classes at any time during the 90 day period following the date of purchase, subject to availability. Subject to all PPLA rules, regulations and waivers.

COMMITMENT PACK - PPLA 20 PACK

This 20 Pack entitles the buyer to attend 20 classes at any time during the 6 month period following the date of purchase, subject to availability. Subject to all PPLA rules, regulations and waivers.

Restrictions: cannot be on autopay or under contract. Only for clients on month to month contract. Client loses class if cancelled less than 12 hours prior to class.

"PRIVATES"

Full cost of the appointment will be charged if canceled less than 12 hours prior to class.

DISCOUNT PROGRAMS

Classes do not roll over, they expire at the end of 30 days. Call, email or purchase at studio. $25 fee if client cancels less than 12 hours prior to class. "Auto-Renew" excluded.

Teacher / Student Discount 

Must show current student/teacher ID and current class schedule.

 

Monthly Pass $199    
This pass allows up to one visit per day. 

OR

10% Off Any Regular Priced Package
Auto-renewal excluded. Cannot be used in conjunction with a Student or Teacher Monthly Pass.

Family Discount
Two or more family members. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts. 

Military Discount

Must show current Military ID and call, email or purchase at studio.

Refer A Friend Program

If you refer a friend (new to our studios) who purchases a regular full priced package, you and your friend will receive your next month at the discounted rate of $179. This package is a monthly package, limited to one time per day, and all studio cancellation policies apply. This program cannot be combined with any other offers, excludes third party deals, special studio pricing, and is not retroactive.

SPECIALTY CLASS PACKS

What are specialty class packs? During certain times of the year, we provide seasonal offers at highly discounted rates. These specialty packs are subject to the $25 no-show/12-hour late cancelation fee as well as loss of class. Specialty class packs expire. Specific expiration dates are listed when specials are active. 

Classes are non-refundable. All sales final. No exchanges or transfers granted for specialty class packs.

POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be aware we have a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you are on a monthly pass and you late cancel or no show for a class you are signed up for, there will be a $25 charge to your credit card. If you are on a per class package, you will lose your class. If you are on an auto-pay or month to month package for 8 or 12 classes you will lose one class and be charged a $25 fee. Please cancel ONLINE and not by calling.

Be aware that we have a 12 hour cancellation policy that applies to all discounted packages from 3rd party vendors and/or from Pilates Plus. Any monthly class package with a 30 day expiration (3-5-8-10-12 class monthly packages) will result in the loss of class and a $25 charge.

GENERAL POLICIES

  • Grip socks must be worn during class.  If you don’t already own a pair we sell them at the studio.

  • New client specials may only be used one time.

  • A valid credit card must be on file at all times.

  • One month is considered any 30 consecutive days, not the first date of the actual month.

  • Auto-Renew packages will renew at the end of each month. 30 days notice is required to cancel out of an auto-renew membership.

  • Monthly passes start on the first day class is taken, not on the day the class is purchased. For example, if you purchase a monthly pass today but don’t start until next week, the 30 days will not begin until then.

  • We offer student specials for Pepperdine University students at our Malibu location. Click here to contact us if you’re a Pepperdine student.

  • Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice. Please click on SIGN UP for current schedule.

WAIT LIST POLICY

If a spot opens up more than 24 hours before class, you will automatically be added to that class and sent a confirmation email. BUT DO NOT DEPEND ON THAT EMAIL, as there are always spam problems, junk mail issues, and email server hiccups and crashes. Please log in and check your schedule to make sure you are enrolled!

This procedure protects you from being added to a class that you may no longer be able to attend, avoiding possible Late Cancel/No Show fees.

If you Reserve/Wait List yourself for more than one class in a day, or more than is ultimately allowed by your current package, you are responsible for the purchase of and any cancellation penalties for all classes that you reserve and get bumped into from the Wait Lists.

ZENREZ & THIRD PARTY PACKAGES

Zenrez or any third party discounted packages are subject to a $25 no-show/late cancellation fee. Third party specials are subject to cancellation. These classes do not roll over.

MONTHLY MEMBER ACCOUNT HOLDS

Going on vacation, business trip, family in town? Just put your account on hold!

Monthly Memberships can be put on hold for a $25 fee.

  • All monthly memberships are eligible for “hold time” except the 12 Month Paid in Full and the New Member discounted specials.

  • Sick or medical hold: includes a $25 charge unless you can provide a medical note. Please speak to management for details.

  • Our Monthly Memberships are able to be put on hold for a $25 charge. Please speak to management for details.

  • You are responsible for cancelling all classes during your hold time that may have been previously scheduled in order to avoid no-show charges.

  • Simply email the specific studio you attend to put your account on hold. Please provide the exact dates of your hold time so we can make the necessary adjustments to your account.

  • Please note that the $25 charge will be charged to your account.
