Sydney has been an athlete her entire life and has taught group fitness in various formats for the last three years.

New to LA from the Midwest, she researched and experienced many boutique gyms and fitness formats before landing on Lagree as the best workout for her fitness goals and teaching aspirations. Sydney found that the high-intensity-low-impact format doesn’t flare up old sports injuries while still providing an accessible strength and conditioning workout that works! Riding on the Megaformer is also a lot of fun and makes cardio bearable and classes fly by.

Sydney is certified in multiple formats of group fitness including: barre, TRX and yoga sculpt.
