I have always lived an active lifestyle, from high school cheerleading, running, and lifting at the gym. It wasn’t until I moved back to LA I got into the Pilates world. My first Lagree class was at PPLA and I knew 5 mins in, I’m going to teach this one day.
I spent years perfecting my form and learning the moves in class. The physical and mental challenge of this workout is addicting. As a new instructor I hope to inspire and motivate clients to continue to come back, and feel a little sore after each class.
