I've always been a person who values fitness and the impact it has on both your physical and mental well being. Over the years I've tried many different types of workouts but never felt completely connected to one particular approach.  

 

About two and a half years ago I took a Lagree class and was instantly hooked.  I'd never experienced a workout that I had felt was so complete, challenging, but also so enjoyable. I realized how passionate I had become about Lagree and the impact it could have on other people so I decided to get my certification to begin teaching.
