Lacey has been teaching group Lagree Fitness classes since 2010. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and also a 200 hour trained Yoga instructor.


Lacey is not from an athletic background. Aside from some dance classes in college, she did not play sports, dance or do gymnastics. Her love of fitness came in her 20's as a way to manage her weight and heal her chronic back issues. She wants you to feel welcome and comfortable in her class regardless of your fitness level. If she can do Lagree, anyone can!  


Lacey's classes are upbeat and fun and she will always give modifications when needed.
