In 2016, Jayah struggled with weight, immune health, and joint pain. She then turned to a lifestyle change. She started by changing her diet and working out 4 days a week. After months of hard work and dedication, she lost over 50 pounds.
She then started to do personal training for some close friends and family. She took her first Lagree Fitness class in January 2019 and immediately after knew she wanted to teach. Her favorite workouts are: Lagree Fitness, Hot Pilates, and Boxing.
