I received my personal training certification from NASM in February of 2015. I renewed my training certification in 2017 and 2019. I started personal training at The Training Habit in Irvine from 2015-2018. I received my integrated balance, core, resistance, flexibility, reactive and speed, agility and quickness training in 2016, and became a fitness nutrition specialist in 2018.

I’ve been practicing Lagree since 2015 and became a certified Lagree instructor in October of 2017. 

I am currently a personal trainer at Action personal training in Tarzana.

I have a love for working out, helping individuals reach their fitness goals and looking forward to pursuing my career as a Lagree instructor.
